This product is easy to use and SO visually appealing! It perfectly fits with the look of the Mac. The drag-and-drop option is wonderful as well, but I'd have to say the thing I love most is it's ability to do batch conversions. Kudos!

So many converters don't quite sync up when it comes to the audio, so I was very pleased with this product's ability to do this correctly.

used this software for several months, works nice.

I tried almost all other video converter to convert from mts to mp4, none gave me the lossless quality I was looking for. This one does after you tweaked the setting a little. However, one glaring fault is that it doesn't give you the option to preserve the metadata. So when I import hundreds of my old clips into iMovie, it doesn't jive with the actual timeline in which the video was taken. Now I have to "touch" each file in bash. No extremely happy about it. Hopefully the preserve metadata can be added in future releases.
